Nebraska facility license evidence
The Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services publishes separate facility rosters. Assisted living, long-term care, and adult day service are different license classes. No combined senior facility count is presented.
Assisted living
The assisted living roster prints 277 licensed facilities and 13,957 licensed beds. Beds are not facilities. The roster says licenses expire April 30. Roster updated 2026-09-15. HTTP Last-Modified 2026-10-02T13:48:07Z.
Long-term care
The long-term care roster prints 188 facilities and 14,601 beds. That printed total is not added to the assisted living count. Licenses expire March 31. Roster updated 2026-09-15. HTTP Last-Modified 2026-10-02T20:47:54Z. Medicare or Medicaid certification is not the state license.

Classes and events not on these rosters
The DHHS roster index retrieved 2026-10-06 (HTTP Last-Modified 2026-10-06T16:00:24Z) lists the three rosters above. Home health and hospice are not on that index. Those classes are NOT_ACQUIRED. Missing is not zero.
Inspections, complaints, deficiencies, and enforcement orders were NOT_ACQUIRED. A complaint is not a finding. No facility name was published from these rosters. Graph writes 0. Omaha and Lincoln are not routes on this page.
